Myanmar residents in Mandalay continue to struggle with rebuilding their lives, one year after a deadly earthquake killed more than 3,800 people. The reconstruction effort is further hindered by the ongoing fuel crisis, sparked by the war in Iran. CNA’s Myanmar team with this report.
