Recently, a public adoption and handover ceremony for six retired police dogs was held at the Zhaotong Public Security Bureau’s police dog base in southwest China’s Yunnan Province.🐕

While the other retired dogs left with their new owners, Tao Tao, a white-bearded police dog who had served for 11 years, ran straight back to her handler.🥺

Over the years, Tao Tao had carried out over 100 missions and helped police officers uncover many drug trafficking cases. She gave her best years to duty.
