An aid flotilla reached Cuba Tuesday, as the island’s energy crisis worsens under a U.S. oil blockade.

It was the first of three ships carrying vital supplies and hundreds of volunteers to a country grappling with severe shortages.

But as Global’s Touria Izri reports, Cuban exiles view the mission with skepticism.
