Delegates from Hainan Province gathered in Beijing during China’s annual Two Sessions to discuss how national policies outlined in the government work report could shape the future of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Officials say the island is attracting growing foreign investment and positioning itself as a hub where products like imported coffee beans are processed locally and exported to global markets.
