FOX 29 Philadelphia Family of woman paralyzed in Norristown shooting speak after investigators announce arrests

The family of the 21-year-old woman that was paralyzed in a January shooting are speaking out after the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office announced that two people have been charged in connection to the shooting and three others have been charged with gun trafficking.
