CGTN Expert: U.S.-Iran talks were advancing – then came a ‘war of choice’

“I’m not surprised, but very disappointed,” says Professor of History and Director of the Nuclear Studies Institute at American University Peter Kuznick, noting that U.S.-Iran nuclear negotiations were reportedly making significant progress under Omani mediation before U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iran halted the process.
