शराब घोटाला केस में दिल्ली की Rouse Avenue Court ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के संयोजक Arvind Kejriwal और पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम Manish Sisodia को CBI केस में सभी आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है।

कोर्ट ने साफ कह दिया है कि — “बिना सबूत आरोप साबित नहीं होता।”

आरोप लगे कि इस नीति में लाइसेंस देने में गड़बड़ी हुई…
निजी कंपनियों को फायदा पहुंचाया गया…
और बदले में कथित तौर पर रिश्वत ली गई।

Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court delivered a significant verdict in the liquor scam case, acquitting Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia of all charges in the CBI case.

The court clearly stated that “no allegation is proven without evidence.”

But the question remains…
What exactly was the entire case?

The case began with Delhi’s new liquor policy.

The Delhi government implemented a new excise policy in 2021-22.
