Thai officials rule out bird flu after an illness killed 72 tigers
Thai authorities said that the death of over 70 tigers at a tiger sanctuary in northern Chiang Mai province was caused by canine distemper virus and other bacterial complications, ruling out speculations of a possible bird flu outbreak.
