CNA Trump scolds Democrats for not standing in State of the Union address, heckled by Ilhan Omar

US President Donald Trump focused on “illegal aliens” in his State of the Union speech, and commanded legislators to stand up if they agreed with the statement: “The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.”

Several Democrats remained seated including Senator Mark Kelly, to which Trump told them “You should be ashamed of yourself.”

Democratic representative Ilhan Omar was seen heckling Trump.
