Al Jazeera English German Chancellor heads to China: Friedrich Merz visits with trade delegation

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz is heading to China for a two-day visit this week, bringing with him a large trade delegation. Trade between the two countries was worth almost 300 billion dollars last year. But many in Germany say Chinese companies are not competing on a level playing field.
