Epstein documents trigger wave of high-profile resignations #CGTN

Hyatt’s Tom Pritzker stepped down, and Goldman Sachs’ top lawyer, Kathryn Ruemmler, resigned. Other executives, including Brad Karp and Casey Wasserman, are facing fallout over past communications linked to Epstein. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is also under pressure but has declined to resign. A new Reuters/Ipsos poll shows that over 80 percent of Americans believe the Epstein files suggest that powerful people often receive preferential treatment in the U.S. justice system.
