Pam Bondi called a lawmaker on the House Judiciary Committee ‘a washed-up loser lawyer’ on Wednesday, as the US Attorney General was grilled over her handling of the release of the ‘Epstein Files’.
Democratic lawmakers complain that despite a legal mandate to release almost all the files, much of the information in the over 3 million pages of documents remains redacted or withheld. Bondi was also quizzed on why the Department of Justice has not investigated senior officials named in the files.
