At the NDTV Profit Conclave, Nirmala Sitharaman revealed that she is not much of a moviegoer and rarely watches mainstream cinema. Asked about actor Vijay and Tamil Nadu politics, she sidestepped the question and instead shared that her most recent viewing was a Japanese animated drama from the acclaimed Ghibli Studio. The FM said she mostly watches content at home on OTT platforms and has never been a regular at theatres.
