भाजपा से भी UGC के विरोध की आवाज उठने लगी। नगर निगम आगरा में भाजपा के पूर्व सभापति ने भी UGC को लेकर विरोध किया शुरू। पूर्व उपसभापति ने अपने खून से प्रधानमंत्री को चिट्ठी लिखी है। UGC के दूरगामी दुष्प्रभाव बताते हुए तत्काल कानून में संशोधन की मांग की है।

The former deputy chairman has even written a letter to the Prime Minister in his own blood. He has highlighted the far-reaching negative consequences of the UGC and demanded immediate amendments to the law.
