FOX 5 Washington DC TOP STORIES: Cold temperatures to stay following winter storm, flights resume at DCA

The DC region was hit with a winter storm over the weekend and temperature are expected to stay in the lower 20s throughout the week.

Due to the winter storm, flights were cancelled at DCA Sunday. Now, some flights are beginning to resume.
