The mega-event, marked by enthusiasm and a renewed pledge for road safety, was spearheaded by the All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMTC) Coordinator J&K, Umar Bhat, alongside the ARTO Enforcement and Flying Squad Kashmir, Er. Mubashir Jan.
