CNA Car-sharing market may make measured changes to vehicle fleets: Experts

Ride-hailing firms are stepping up to support drivers hit by a sudden shake-up in Singapore’s car rental market. Autobahn Rent A Car suspended its vehicle rental business,
after owing debts of more than S$300 million. Autobahn also runs car-sharing company Shariot, which has paused operations. Transport experts say the car-sharing market may see some adjustments, following the closure of several operators in recent years, including BlueSG and Smove. Nadirah Zaidi has more.
