NBC News Houston police release video of dangerous chase, shootout

A traffic stop that spiraled into a high-speed police chase and a shootout with the suspect was caught on camera in Houston. NBC News’ George Solis reports on the new video of the incident that police say involved a 33-year-old man who was wanted on a felony theft warrant.
