TODAY Washington Trooper Carjacking Leads to Miles-Long Chase

New video shows a man on a Seattle freeway opening the door of a Washington State Patrol lieutenant’s car, pulling her to the pavement, and driving off in her unmarked cruiser. The miles-long chase ended when police rammed the allegedly stolen vehicle. NBC’s Jesse Kirsch reports for Saturday TODAY.
