NBC News Single winning ticket in $1.8 billion Powerball jackpot

NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist reports from Cabot, Arkansas where officials say the single jackpot winning ticket was sold. People outside the gas station where the winning ticket was sold say they don’t know who the big winner is. Arkansas state law allows the winner to stay anonymous for three years.
