FOX 5 Washington DC Plane loses engine after Dulles takeoff, causing brush fire

A United Airlines flight that took off from Dulles International Airport Saturday lost a piece of its engine. The piece caught fire and caused a brush fire, while the plane circled, dumping fuel.
