देश भर में मिलावटखोरों के खिलाफ प्रशासन और फूड डिपार्टमेंट की टीम सबसे बड़े एक्शन मोड में है.. यूपी, उत्तराखंड, एमपी और गुजरात में बड़े पैमाने पर नकली फूड प्रोडक्ट के खिलाफ अभियान छेडा गया है.. सूरत में 2 डेयरी से 150 किलो से ज्यादा नकली मक्खन बरामद किया गया है.. गुजरात में ऑपरेशन शुद्धि लॉन्च किया गया है.. गुजरात पुलिस, फूड डिपार्टमेंटस, FSL टीम का ज्वाइंट ऑपरेशन अब मिलाटवखोरों के लिए मुसीबत बन गया है.. 2 हफ्ते पहले सूरत में 900 किलो नकली पनीर जब्त किया था.. अब नकली मक्खन के ठिकानों पर एक्शन जारी है.. यूपी में अलग अलग शहरों में नकली के खिलाफ पुलिस और फूड डिपार्टमेंट एक्शन में है.. कौशांबी, मुरादाबाद में नकली खोया, पनीर और केमिकल वाले अंडे बरामद किए हैं.. मध्य प्रदेश में नकली मसाला के ठिकानों पर रेड डाली गई है.. 3 अलग अलग लोकेशन से मिलावटी मिर्ची, धनिया और हल्दी पाउडर जब्त किया गया है..

The administration and the Food Department are in full action mode against adulterators across the country. A large-scale campaign has been launched against counterfeit food products in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. Over 150 kg of counterfeit butter has been recovered from two dairies in Surat. Operation Shuddhi has been launched in Gujarat. A joint operation by the Gujarat Police, Food Department, and FSL team has now become a problem for adulterators. Two weeks ago, 900 kg of counterfeit cheese was seized in Surat. Now, action is underway against counterfeit butter locations. The police and Food Department are taking action against counterfeiters in various cities in Uttar Pradesh. Counterfeit khoya, paneer, and eggs laced with chemicals have been recovered in Kaushambi and Moradabad. Raids have been conducted on counterfeit spice locations in Madhya Pradesh. Adulterated chili, coriander, and turmeric powder have been seized from three different locations.
