TODAY Yoko Ono’s Wish Tree in NYC Blooms With Theme of Peace

Nearly 30 years ago, Yoko Ono, the widow of Beatles icon John Lennon, began to introduce Wish Trees around the world and invite locals to hang hand-written letters, big and small, on the branches. Over the years, millions of people have taken her up on it. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports in this week’s Sunday Spotlight at Wave Hill public garden and cultural center in New York City.
