TODAY Fire Engulfs High-Rise Buildings, Killing at Least 4 in Hong Kong

A fire ravaged multiple high-rise towers in Hong Kong on Wednesday, killing at least four people. The raging fire sent up a column of flames and thick smoke and then spread on bamboo scaffolding that had been set up around the exterior of the building.
