New China TV Construction begins on iconic Harbin Ice-Snow World

Construction of the seasonal Harbin Ice-Snow World in the capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province has officially begun. Known as the world’s largest ice-and-snow theme park, it is expected to open in mid-to-late December this year.
