The White House says President Donald Trump is satisfied with ongoing U.S. strikes against suspected drug-smuggling boats and plans for the operations to continue.
The United States has formally designated Venezuela’s “Cartel de los Soles” as a foreign terrorist organization, adding new terrorism-related sanctions to the group that U.S. officials allege involves President Nicolás Maduro and other senior figures.
