NBC News Federal judge tosses charges against James Comey and Letitia James

A federal judge ruled the prosecutor appointed by President Trump to pursue cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James was improperly installed, voiding both prosecutions. The Justice Department says it will appeal. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
