Eyewitness News ABC7NY New Yorkers head to Dubai for the 3on3 Red Bull Half Court World Final

Two New Yorkers are playing for Team USA in the Red Bull 3 vs. 3 basketball tournament in Dubai this week!
Niki Avery is a professional basketball player who also teaches 4th-grade math in Harlem, where she grew up. Dr. Sarah Ogoke was born in the Bronx and is a five-time Afro Champion for the Nigerian national team. She’s also a resident podiatrist at One Brooklyn Health and a new mom to a one-year-old son.
They sat down with Eyewitness News Anchor Mike Marza for an in-depth conversation about how they made it to where they are and their advice for all of us shooting toward our own goals!
