बीएसएफ व जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस का यह सांझा अभियान पाकिस्तान की तरफ से करवाई जाने वाली घुसपैठ को रोकने के लिए चलाया गया, गौरतलब है कि पाकिस्तान की तरफ से पहले भी इस इलाके में घुसपैठ के कई प्रयास किए गए हैं जिन्हें बीएसएफ ने नाकाम किया है
