Wolves have been spotted recently near the town of Ely, creating a lot of buzz online regarding the animals’ presence.

Experts attributes the sightings to the wolves opportunistically seeking easier food sources like rabbits, rodents, or human garbage as they adapt to the urban edge. Residents are advised to treat the wolves like a bear in town: secure all attractants, keep pets close, and give the wild animals ample space.
