Kyiv residents sheltered from Russian drones and missiles attacking Ukraine. “Russia is once again attacking our energy infrastructure,” Ukraine’s Energy Ministry said on the Telegram messaging app. “Emergency power outages have been introduced in a number of regions of Ukraine.”
