The Federal Government has launched the Discovering Ability in Disability project — a major empowerment initiative for Persons With Disabilities — in Kaduna. Representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Senior Special Assistant on Special Needs, Hon. Mohammed Abba Isa, said the project marks a fresh step toward a more inclusive Nigeria. He commended Governor Uba Sani for making Kaduna a leading state in disability-inclusive governance.
