FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul LIVE | Bloomington PD gives update on ‘Operation Creep’

On November 5th, 2025, the Bloomington Police Department began a proactive operation in
Bloomington MN. Undercover officers utilized various communication methods to engage with
subjects who were attempting to solicit minors for sex.

Over the course of the operation suspects continued to engage undercover officers in
conversation to solicit minors for sex. After several days 16 adult male suspects were identified
and arrested. All males communicated with persons they believed to be 17 years of age.
Chief Booker Hodges will provide an in-person news release detailing these arrests and the efforts of law
enforcement to make them.
