CNA 14 projects recognised for improving municipal services in Singapore

Singapore towns are using digital tools to help detect and resolve municipal issues faster. 14 projects have been recognised at the Municipal Services Awards for making neighbourhoods better for residents. Among them, a project that manages pigeon numbers and another project that tackles public toilet hygiene at coffeeshops. Nikhil Khattar reports.
