Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at France’s Villacoublay Air Base near Paris on Monday, where President Emmanuel Macron greeted him before the two reviewed French troops on the tarmac. After talks with French defense industry leaders, the two presidents signed a letter of intent for Ukraine to acquire up to 100 Rafale fighter jets, along with air defense systems and drones.
