World’s Largest Fatima Statue Unveiled In Brazil After Restoration | Subscribe to Firstpost | N18G

Thousands of pilgrims gathered in Crato, Brazil, as the restored statue of Our Lady of Fatima was unveiled on November 13. The city’s devotion stretches back more than seven decades, beginning with the arrival of the Pilgrim Image from Portugal. Crato first built a 45-metre statue in 2014, then the tallest in Brazil. The newly restored monument now rises 54 metres, making it the largest Fatima statue in the world.
