U.S. President Donald Trump is reportedly pushing Saudi Arabia to revive normalization talks with Israel. According to two U.S. officials quoted by Axios, Trump pressed Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) during a phone call last month to return to the negotiating table and move toward establishing full diplomatic relations with Israel. In the call — which took place shortly after the October 9 Gaza ceasefire deal — Trump told MBS that he had successfully helped end the conflict and now expected Riyadh to re-engage on normalization efforts. The officials said MBS responded positively, indicating that Saudi Arabia was willing to work with the White House on the issue, though the Kingdom continues to maintain that any agreement must address the conditions tied to Palestinian statehood
