ABC News San Francisco train operator appears to fall asleep at the controls

Video obtained by ABC News shows a “fatigued” San Francisco Muni operator causing a series of sudden jolts that threw passengers into the train wall.

The SFMTA has completed its investigation, which confirmed error as a result of operator fatigue. The agency is addressing the matter in accordance with internal protocols and the relevant contract, which included placing the operator on non-driving status.
