CNN Trump threatens BBC with $1B lawsuit

President Trump is seeking at least $1B in damages from the BBC after the organization aired a version of his January 6, 2021 speech that spliced different sections together to make it sound as though Trump told crowds he would walk with them to the Capitol and “fight like hell.” A BBC spokesperson told CNN that “we will review the letter and respond directly in due course.” CNN’s Max Foster reports. #cnn #news #trump #bbc #lawsuit
