ANI News Super typhoon Fung-wong hit hard Philippines, residents battle to survive

Houses in northern Philippines were left damaged after Typhoon Fung-wong hit the country. This Typhoon killed two people and forcing many to evacuate after super Typhoon wreaked havoc. As per the weather bureau PAGASA, the storm carried torrential rain and sustained winds of 185 kph with gusts of up to 230 kph. Typhoon Fung-wong, locally known as Uwan is forecast to make landfall in Aurora province as early as Sunday night. Philippines was battered by Typhoon Kalmaegi, which killed 224 people and 5 in Vietnam. It was the 21st storm this year to hit Philippines only just recovering from Typhoon Kalmaegi.
