Wine grapes, coffee, chocolate crops at risk despite climate intervention efforts, study finds
A new study published in the open-access journal Environmental Research Letters found that while society is exploring ways to adapt to climate change with new technology, those efforts alone may not be enough to protect these crops from increasingly unpredictable and extreme weather.
