Supreme Court hearing: Oral arguments heard over legality of tariffs
The Trump administration’s tariff policies are being challenged in the Supreme Court. It heard arguments on Wednesday—saying the White House had overstepped its authority in imposing levies without input from Congress. If the challenge is successful, tariff payments may need to be refunded. But the Trump administration could use other legal measures to keep the policy in place.
