योगी ने बिहार में कहा था कि वो यूपी में माफिया की जमीन पर बने फ्लैट्स गरीबों की सौंप कर आए हैं. असल में आज बिहार जाने से पहले योगी ने लखनऊ में गरीब परिवारों को घर की चाबियां सौंपीं. जो घर गरीबों को मिले हैं…वो माफिया मुख्तार अंसारी के कब्जे से खाली कराई गई जमीन पर बने हैं. लखनऊ की सबसे प्राइम लोकेशन पर हैं. एक घर की मार्केट वैल्यू एक करोड़ तक है. लेकिन ये फ्लैट गरीब परिवारों को सिर्फ साढ़े दस लाख रूपए में दिए गए हैं. फिलहाल सिर्फ ढ़ाई लाख रूपए जमा कराने हैं. और बाकी का पैसा आसान किश्तों में देना होगा. हजरतगंज के पास डालीबाग इलाके में बने इन फ्लैट्स का उद्घाटन आज योगी ने किया. फ्लैट के अंदर जाकर सारी सुविधाओं का मुआयना किया.
Yogi had said in Bihar that he had returned after handing over flats built on mafia land to the poor in Uttar Pradesh. In fact, before leaving for Bihar today, Yogi handed over house keys to poor families in Lucknow. The houses received by the poor were built on land freed from the possession of mafia leader Mukhtar Ansari. They are located in Lucknow’s most prime locations. The market value of each house is up to one crore rupees. However, these flats have been given to poor families for just ten and a half lakh rupees. Currently, only a deposit of two and a half lakh rupees is required, and the remaining amount will be paid in easy installments. Yogi inaugurated these flats built in the Dalibagh area near Hazratganj today. He went inside the flat and inspected all the facilities.
