Worker trapped in partially-collapsed Medieval tower in Rome confirmed to have died
Emergency service workers rescued a Romanian worker who had been trapped in Italy’s Torre dei Conti tower after it had partially collapsed on Monday. A second worker was pulled out almost immediately and hospitalized with serious but not life-threatening head injuries, while two more workers suffered minor injuries and declined hospital treatment.
