भारत की बेटियां, पहली बार विमेन क्रिकेट की वर्ल्ड चैंपियन बनी. विमेन क्रिकेट वर्ल्ड कप के फाइनल में टीम इंडिया ने साउथ अफ्रीका को हराया. ये जीत आसानी से नहीं मिली, मैच में बार बार बाजी पलटती रही, मुंबई के जैम पैक्ड स्टेडियम में और टीवी पर देखने वाले करोड़ों दर्शकों के दिल धड़कते रहे. कई बार मैच हाथ से फिसला लेकिन हरमनप्रीत कौर और उनकी टीम ने जबरदस्त फाइट दी. जब जब साउथ अफ्रीका की टीम जीत की तरफ बढ़ी तो विकेट उड़ा दिए, फील्डिंग में जान लगा दी, वर्ल्ड कप जीतकर दिखाया. इस फाइनल मैच की, इस जीत की कहानी जितनी एक्साइटिंग है इस टीम के एक एक मेंबर की स्टोरी भी उतनी ही कमाल की है.

Daughters of India became the world champions of women’s cricket for the first time. Team India defeated South Africa in the final of the Women’s Cricket World Cup. This victory was not achieved easily, the match kept changing again and again, keeping the hearts of millions of viewers watching in the jam-packed stadium of Mumbai and on TV beating. Many times the match slipped out of hand but Harmanpreet Kaur and her team gave a tremendous fight. Whenever the South African team moved towards victory, they took wickets, put their heart and soul into fielding, and won the World Cup. As exciting as the story of this final match, this victory is, the story of each member of this team is equally amazing.
