3 men charged in killing of Ontario restaurateur will face trial in Canada
Three men charged in connection with the killing of a restaurateur in Owen Sound, Ont., have agreed in an Edinburgh court to be extradited from Scotland to stand trial in Canada. Sharif Rahman died in August 2023 after being punched outside his restaurant when he confronted customers who were skipping out on a bill, police have said.
